At Safer Workspaces, we believe that every employee has the right to work in an environment where they feel safe, respected and valued.

Our mission is to help organisations recognise, prevent and respond to workplace misconduct, harmful behaviour, economic abuse, coercive control and other harmful actions that affect employee wellbeing, organisational culture and business performance.

  • We deliver practical, engaging and evidence-informed training that equips emplyees, leaders, managers, human resource professionals and employees with the knowledge and confidence to create workplaces built on dignity, accountability and respect.
  • Rather than focusing solely on legal compliance, we help organisations understand the human impact of abuse and misconduct, empowering them to identify risks early, respond appropriately and foster psychologically safe workplaces where people can thrive.
  • Safer Workspaces was founded by social justice advocate and workplace educator Felicity Guest. Drawing on more than a decade of research, advocacy and lived experience, she has developed training that bridges the gap between legislation, policy and the real-world challenges faced by employers and employees alike.
  • We believe that safer workplaces are not created by policies alone, they are created by informed leaders, empowered employees and organisations committed to lasting cultural change.
